20 Years of ŠKODA Auto India - 3d animation
Team Trip (https://wearetrip.in/) had to create a 3d animated video showcasing 20 years of ŠKODA AUTO India, as they celebrated 20 years of their service & presence in India.
Many thanks to Prateek A Sethi (Creative producer + Director) for involving me in this project. Based on a concept & script approved by the client, Yashwini Solanki (she was the project lead) from our team made the storyboard which formed the basis for the sequences. The overall narrative of the video was to showcase various landmark events of the company, along with period specific ŠKODA cars starting from 2001 & ending with the last milestone at 2020.
The team comprising of Yashwini Solanki, Me, Rashmi Kadam & Rishav De were allotted various 3d sequences which were to be finished by each of us. Pratik Asolkar compiled all the shots, added motion graphics & composited it all together. Suryathapa Das & Aman Das also joined later to assist with certain aspects. The cars needed for each setup was bought & downloaded from various websites after ascertaining their accuracy from the client.
Below I had outlined the contribution that I made to this team project & the sequences that personally worked upon, with appropriate credits given wherever necessary. The Chakan plant was the 1st scene that I tackled. Many thanks to Yashwini for helping me technically in Blender. You can check the 3d scene, it's wireframe and the animation below:

The second sequence of the Howrah bridge that I worked on, this scene was partially made by Rishav De. However I had to remodel certain things, add materials and create the lighting:

The 3rd sequence was of ŠKODA Yeti car traversing down a bumpy & dusty road.

Below is the 4th sequence which happens near the Jog waterfalls (The waterfall was to be composited in 2d).

The 6th sequence where we needed to show the ŠKODA Digilabs building. Here Suryathapa helped me extensively with modelling & UV wrapping the likeness of the building. Later I applied the materials + lighting and animated it.
